This October, we had the pleasure of acting as the Official DMC Partner for the 2026 edition of X by micebook, welcoming event professionals to the unique setting of Sotogrande for 3 days of networking, destination experiences and industry connections.
Working closely with the micebook team, we designed and delivered a programme that showcased the very best of the destination, combining seamless logistics with authentic local experiences. From transportation coordination and activity management to memorable social events, our goal was to create an inspiring and engaging experience for every participant.
With 10 local offices across Spain, including our Marbella office, which supports events throughout Malaga, Marbella and Sotogrande, it was especially rewarding to showcase a destination we know inside out.
Sotogrande offers a unique combination of advantages for both MICE and automotive events. Its proximity to Malaga Airport and Gibraltar Airport, excellent road infrastructure, year-round mild climate, exclusive venues and premium hospitality make it an attractive and easily accessible destination for international groups. For the automotive sector in particular, the region provides spectacular driving routes, diverse landscapes and high-end experiences.
Behind every successful event is an exceptional team, and this is first and foremost a recognition of the incredible work carried out by our Automotive Team. From the initial planning stages to the final guest departure, they managed every detail with dedication, creativity and professionalism, delivering a top experience for all participants.
