Our clients include some of the most prestigious automotive brands in the world, and we’re looking for a Project Manager Automotive Events to join our team and drive these projects to success.

The Role

As Project Manager Automotive Events, you will lead the planning and execution of exclusive events tailored to the automotive sector. Whether it’s a test drive experience, press event, dealer training, or customer incentive, you will be the mastermind behind the seamless coordination of all project phases. You’ll work closely with premium automotive clients, ensuring that their brand values are reflected in every detail of the event.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management
  Lead end-to-end management of automotive events, including roadshows, vehicle launches, dealer trainings, test drives, and incentives.
• Client Liaison
  Act as the primary point of contact for high-end automotive clients, understanding their brand DNA and ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
• Location Scouting & Route Planning
  Research, select, and secure optimal routes, tracks, and venues for driving events, ensuring safety, logistics, and brand alignment.
• Logistics Coordination
  Oversee transportation, vehicle management, technical teams, and equipment, ensuring flawless operations and compliance with legal requirements (permits, insurance, etc.).
• Supplier & Partner Management
  Source and manage specialist suppliers (track operators, transportation providers, technical teams) to deliver high-quality services within budget and on time.
• Budget Control & Reporting
  Create and manage detailed budgets, ensuring profitability and transparency throughout the project.
• On-Site Management
  Supervise event setup and execution on-site, managing staff, vehicles, and participants to deliver an exceptional driving experience.

What You Bring

• Proven experience (3+ years) in managing automotive events, preferably within an agency, DMC, or for an automotive brand.
• Deep understanding of the automotive industry and its standards for events, logistics, and brand representation.
• Experience in route planning, track management, and vehicle logistics is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with premium clients and high-level stakeholders.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities with a focus on precision and safety.
• Fluent in English; Spanish and/or German are a big plus.
• Flexibility to travel regularly, including internationally.
• A valid driver’s license (preferably with experience handling high-performance vehicles).
