At maximice events group, we are continuously evolving to better support our teams and deliver exceptional experiences to our clients. We are therefore happy to introduce a new position within our structure: Project Management Administrator, a role designed to support our Project Managers in their day-to-day operations.
As our projects continue to grow in volume and complexity, this new role will help streamline the administrative side of event management, from contracting to permits, allowing our Project Managers to focus even more on what they do best: delivering outstanding MICE & Automotive programs.

I have been building my professional path over the last few years with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a strong motivation to keep learning and growing every day.
For the past couple of years, I have been studying Business Management, while at the same time starting to develop my career through administrative and invoicing responsibilities. This experience has allowed me to strengthen my organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in dynamic environments, always with a proactive and committed attitude.
I enjoy taking on new challenges and continuously discovering opportunities that help me grow both personally and professionally. I value teamwork, communication, and creating positive relationships with the people around me.
Beyond my professional life, I love spending time with friends and family, especially through sports and shared adventures. Traveling, running, and basketball are some of my biggest passions, although I am always open to discovering new experiences.
With 10 offices across Spain, we are very happy to continue growing our team and strengthening our operations.
