We love it when young people get excited about the event industry, and we love it even more when we can contribute our knowledge to their professional growth and development. This time we would like to introduce you to our newest trainee, Lotta.

Lotta was born in Munich but grew up in Braunschweig. She graduated from high school this year and is currently doing her internship here at maximice events group. “ It has been clear to me for a long time that I would like to live in Spain for some time after finishing school ”, so Lotta, and we are happy that we could help her fulfill her wish.

Besides her keenness for the culture, the climate, and the nature of this wonderful country, she set herself the goal to use the time for her personal development and to consolidate her professional interests. 

The event industry has played a major role in her life for some time. Her interest in events was recently strengthened by her participation in some big events like the Brawo Open tennis tournament, and these experiences aroused her enthusiasm for the world of events even more. 

Lotta is now undertaking a 4-month internship in our automotive department, where she can get a much closer and behind-the-scenes look at the world of the event industry. 

Furthermore, Lotta is a very open and fun-loving person. She has great fun getting to know new people and places and enjoying time in nice company. She also likes to do lots of sports. Besides playing tennis for many years, she likes to hike through the nature, and it doesn’t matter if it’s along waterways or through mountains. She enjoys both equally, which is also a reason why she likes her current internship location, Palma de Mallorca, even better.
