Living in several countries such as USA, Australia, Italy and Ireland has encouraged her to adapt to new situations, expand new skills and grow professionally before supporting our team in Mallorca.

Elena Baynova: Born and grown up in Russia, she moved to Spain in her earlies twenties, whereby she found the country of her heart. After feeling the Andalusian rhythm for many years, she later moved to Madrid. Gaining valuable experience in the world of conference coordination and congress events. Now she is facing new challenges, working as a project manager in our Ibiza office.
