When your team is spread across different cities in Spain, daily calls and chats keep us connected – but nothing beats the energy of being together in person. Last week, the entire maximice events group team gathered in Sitges, a stunning coastal town just 20 minutes from Barcelona, for our Annual Team Meeting… and when a group of event professionals comes together, fun is guaranteed!

From a guided tour of the town to a visit to the iconic Codorníu cava bodega, we immersed ourselves in the local culture. Our evenings were spent at charming local restaurants, savoring the authentic flavors of Catalonia. But beyond the incredible experiences, this trip reminded us that team bonding doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes, all it takes is a simple games room with ping pong, billiards, and a futbolin to spark laughter, real connections and positivity.
