The Role
As ICT Manager, you’ll be the strategic driver behind our IT and communications infrastructure. You’ll ensure the seamless operation of our systems, lead technology-driven projects, and continuously optimize our digital ecosystem to support both our internal teams and external clients. From maintaining our PWA platform for famtrips to overseeing cybersecurity and network management, you’ll play a critical role in our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- ICT Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement the ICT strategy in line with the company’s growth objectives. - Systems & Network Management
Oversee the performance, security, and scalability of all IT systems (hardware, software, servers, cloud services).
Ensure reliable connectivity and network infrastructure across multiple locations. - Digital Platforms & Applications
Maintain and enhance our PWA-based famtrip management system and CRM tools.
Support the integration of digital solutions to improve event management and guest experiences. - Cybersecurity & Data Protection
Lead cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
Safeguard company and client data through robust security protocols and regular audits. - IT Support & Training
Provide technical support to staff across all offices (onsite and remote).
Train and upskill employees on new systems and best practices. - Vendor & Budget Management
Manage relationships with IT service providers and negotiate contracts.
Monitor and control ICT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
What You Bring
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT management, ideally within events, hospitality, or related industries.
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services (Microsoft 365, AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity.
- Experience with CRM systems and PWA/mobile app management is highly valued.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish and/or German are a plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
