As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager MICE to join our dynamic team in Málaga/Marbella. If you love managing complex projects, working with international clients, and bringing extraordinary events to life, this role is for you.

The Role

As a Project Manager MICE, you will take full ownership of planning, managing, and delivering events for some of the world’s most exciting brands. You will be the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and partners, ensuring each event runs smoothly, on time, and on budget. From initial brief to post-event evaluation, you’ll lead every step with precision, creativity, and a passion for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management
  Lead the end-to-end delivery of MICE projects, from concept development and proposal creation to on-site execution and post-event analysis.
• Client Relationship Management
  Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations through proactive communication and creative solutions.
• Supplier & Partner Coordination
  Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers (venues, catering, AV, entertainment, transportation, etc.) to deliver high-quality services within budget.
• Budget & Financial Management
  Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control, profitability, and accurate financial reporting.
• On-Site Event Execution
  Oversee event logistics on-site, managing teams, timelines, and troubleshooting in real-time to guarantee seamless experiences.
• Sustainability & Innovation
  Integrate sustainable practices and innovative solutions into event design and delivery.

What You Bring

• Proven experience (3+ years) in managing MICE projects within an agency or DMC environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with an eye for detail.
• Excellent client servicing and relationship-building abilities.
• Solid knowledge of the Spanish events landscape and local expertise.
• Budget management skills with a track record of delivering profitable projects.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Flexibility to travel as needed for project delivery.
