We continue to grow and are currently looking for a Project Assistant to join our back office team in Mallorca. This role will support our operations and play a key part in administrative and operational processes.
Key responsibilities include:
✔️ Supplier management
✔️ Client invoicing and contracts
✔️ Management of client and supplier documentation
What we need:
– Previous experience in operational administration or administrative environments
– FP Grado Superior in Administration, Business Administration or similar
– English level B2 or higher
– Highly organised, proactive and detail‑oriented profile
– Experience in the events industry or travel agency sector is a plus
