We are delighted to introduce our two new team members in our headquarters on Mallorca. Irene Carasol will be in charge of the Marketing & Sales department, while Roxana Sepasgosarian will take off as Junior Project Manager in the MICE department while also assisting Irene with some of the department’s tasks.

Irene, with the role of Marketing & Sales Manager, has an extensive background in Marketing with an emphasis on communications thanks to her bachelor and master degrees in English Language. Specialised in the luxury lifestyle sector and having great local knowledge, she is passionate about bringing people together to experience the very best that Spain has to offer. “I believe this is a destination with boundless potential, I cannot wait to help develop the MICE sector here”.

Roxana has just graduated in her master in International Management, after completing her Business and Tourism Management studies. She was born in Germany and grew up in Mallorca, although she has also spent some periods of her life living in France and the Netherlands. She has experience in different industries, but has always had a special interest in marketing and events. “Working as an event hostess for several events in Palma awoke my interest for the MICE sector.”

In their free time they both enjoy spending time with their loved ones, and they swear to love living a Mediterranean lifestyle; being at sea, horse riding, hiking and exploring the best local dining spots are just some of their favourites. But they can’t wait to discover new places around the world!
