After 10 meaningful years, we’re saying goodbye to our dear Project Manager Lena. Her farewell message says it all:

Dear Team,

After 10 wonderful years working together, it’s time for me to close this chapter of my life. I want to share with you, from the heart, how much I’ve valued my time at maximice.

Over the years, this office has become my second home. I’ve truly enjoyed the warm atmosphere, the mutual support, and above all, the good vibes.

We’ve tackled big and small events, and clients of all kinds: crazy, lovely, demanding, party-loving, disorganized, ultra-organized, exhausting, loud, unfriendly, kind, indecisive… One thing’s for sure, it’s never boring!

Now I’m stepping into a new chapter with excitement, but I’m taking with me all the lessons, memories, and moments shared here. I wish you all the best, professionally and personally, and maybe our paths will cross again.

A big hug to all of you, specially to Kathi and Antonia, my amazing project leads throughout the years!
